♡ Custom orders must be paid in full before I order materials or begin working on your custom request.
♡ My turn around time is 10-14 business days as I will need to order materials (this TAT gives me time to order materials and have my supplier prepare & ship the order to me, and then create the earrings for you before mailing). Often times it's a lot sooner than the 10-14 days but USPS is really unpredictable right now.
♡ I'll send you photographs of everything before mailing for approval or changes.
♡ I won't directly copy another shops creations, but I can use lots of ideas as inspiration!
Accessories purchased from My Friend Sarah Made It are not meant to be worn 24/7. It's suggested you remove them prior to bathing, swimming, or sleeping.
• Your sterling silver or brass pieces may tarnish over time. You can gently clean your pieces with a jewelry cloth to bring back the shine.
• When not being worn, it's suggested you hang or lay flat.
• Macrame earrings are typically sprayed with a starch spray to keep the fringe flat prior to shipping. With wear, they may soften and become tangled. You can gently brush with a fine toothed comb to flatten it back out.
• Leather fringe earrings may curl with wear. If you'd like to straighten them back out, you can lay a heavy book on top of the leather portion.
Unfortunately, My Friend Sarah Made It cannot accept returns or exchanges due to hygiene risks. However PLEASE contact me with your concerns should any arise. If I'm able to make it right, I will!
• MFSMI is a one woman shop and a busy mama to two sweet boys and I must maintain strict "office hours" to ensure I have time to help my guys with their needs as well.
• "Office hours" are typically 8:30am EST - 1:30pm EST, Monday - Friday, excluding holidays. I will reply to any messages received after 8pm EST by the next business day.
• I endeavor to ship within 1 to 2 business days of your order placement and ship Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays) for all ready to ship purchases and will contact you immediately via Etsy messages if that timeline changes (please see my "custom requests" FAQ for the timeline on custom pieces).
